How the competition works and how to enter

Stage 1 – Upload a photo of yourself to the entry form below, this will then be viewed by our judges at photograffiti, if your entry form and photo is accepted you will go through to the next stage

Stage 2 - You will be invited to shoot at photograffiti (Newport South Wales) with our professional photographer, once your done shooting it will be your choice to choose one photo form the shoot to enter into the online voting process where all successful entries will be short listed down to thirty girls that will go through to stage 3 “the finals”.

Stage 3 - “the finals” the finals will be held at a venue in Cardiff South Wales where the 30 finalist will walk the cat walk and be interviewed by the judges Zelda Saint Wilde, Pritchard and Dainton and Richard P Walton after which they will choose the winning twelve contestants to feature in the Pritchard vs Dainton 2011 calendar. The final twelve winners will be invited back to Photo Graffiti Newport to shoot the calendar images.

Your application will only be considered if this form is honestly and correctly filled out.

Any form received after the 5th november 2011 will not be considered. It is vital you return this application form to us as soon as possible to increase your chances of going on to further stages.

This is an application for the competition included as part of the television entertainment show provisionally entitled “Pvsd girls” (the “Programme”). The information given by you in this form may be used in the Programme should you be selected.

You acknowledge and agree to abide by the rules regulations terms and conditions for this competition (the “Rules”) and that the Rules may be changed (including without limitation verbally) at any time by the Company and that you will be bound by such Rules. The Company’s decisions shall be final.

You must be resident in the UK or Republic of Ireland with a valid passport. You must be AT LEAST 18 YEARS OLD ON 1ST september 1st 2011. You will provide the Company with supporting documentation in order to substantiate this (i.e. birth certificate and/or valid passport).

All personal details and/or information given in your application either in this form or otherwise must be truthful, accurate and in no way misleading.

The Company reserves the right to disqualify you (and/or where appropriate your group) if you have supplied untruthful, inaccurate or misleading personal details and/or information, have failed to abide by the Rules and/or are in breach of the terms hereof.

You will not, without the Company’s prior written consent, publicise or discuss with any 3rd party any information relating to the Application, the Programme, your appearance, the production team or any participants in the Programme nor any other information which may come to your attention (including without limitation in relation to the broadcaster, raw dist (the co-producer), the Company or otherwise) save where such information is already public knowledge.

Your personal details will not be given to any third party companies how ever we do reserve the right to use your photos for any promotion involving the competition.
